As Director of E-Communication for Delta Gamma, I worked with my co-director to oversee the sorority's social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, and VSCO, and create content weekly to promote the sorority's message and content. My co-director and I were able to reach our goal of exceeding 10,000 Instagram followers by the end of our first term. We were also able to expand our reach and engagement during recruitment in August with the attention from major brands, including Juicy Couture. From February to May, we increased engagement by 19.2% and reached 51.7K accounts.
