Director of Apparel (2020-2021)
As Director of Apparel for my sorority, I design and distribute merchandise exceeding $10,000 annually to members of the Delta Gamma Fraternity. I market new designs and apparel releases through social media outlets, such as Instagram, and create both story and feed posts utilizing Canva. Additionally, I oversee all aspects of merchandise product development from design to distribution and communicate with various vendors to achieve our cost goals and overall quality expectations. In 2021 I achieved the highest sales for all Delta Gamma chapters nationwide with University Tees.
Director of Intramurals (2019-2020)
As Director of Intramurals for my sorority, I organized intramural team sign ups and meetings and collaborated with 50+ members regularly to improve sorority involvement on campus. Through this position, I was also able to promote Delta Gamma’s philanthropy, sisterhood, and TCU chapter through social media posts.
Aside from my positions within the chapter, Delta Gamma has allowed me to expand my passion for sisterhood and philanthropy in my community. Being a part of sorority life at TCU has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my college career, as it has introduced me to some of my best friends, made me more involved in my college community, and provided me with memories that will last a lifetime. Joining Delta Gamma has helped me to become more involved on campus and work in positions that helped develop my interests and passions. I've also had the opportunity to grow my communication and collaboration skills by regularly working with other sorority women inside and outside the chapter. Through our various fundraising events, such as Anchor Bowl, we are able to raise money and awareness for our philanthropy, Service For Sight, which aims to provide access and advocacy for people in the blind or visually impaired community. Another philanthropy activity that has helped shape my outlook on my own life is putting together pages from the Bible written in braille for Braille Bibles International. I'm so grateful for the experiences I've had in my sorority and the impact it has had on my life.

Ambassador
As a college ambassador for University Tees, I style the various new sorority apparel pieces that are launched each month and create Instagram posts on both my main Instagram and Instagram blog, @oliviadidwhat. Through these channels, I'm able to advertise the brand by word-of-mouth and increase sales for the company overall.
